I also managed to get a good job and my child never suffered at all and is now a perfectly happy teenager herself. I would not recommend getting pregnant at a young age as you do miss out on some of the frivolous fun things that young people enjoy and money is very tight. But I wouldn't change a thing about my life and my daughter. I had a baby at age 16 and although it was hard I managed to go to University and get a degree.
